Trip to MD/DC, Vol II

The family is still having a great time in the DC area! We visited more friends and had a great time all around. We head home tomorrow. Some more highlights:

Miles accompanied his parents and uncle David on a suburban MD outing,
starting with some good laughs over breakfast at IHOP:

We then spent some quality time at one of the family's favorite establishments, Rugged Wearhouse. The big folks picked up some cool threads while Miles enjoyed the sights.

Is Mama giving a Miles-type look here? Or maybe it's the other way around?

Then we headed back into the city, and hung out at the cafe where our friend Shane bartends:

Various other friends came to hang out with us there...

Lillian (check out the red suspenders daddy scored at Rugged Wearhouse in the background, too):

And finally we headed back out to MD for some more family time, including a trip to Jimmie Cone – an old favorite spot of Mama's, and of late Great-Grandpa George Kolstad (who originally discovered it up in Damascus, MD).
Miles wasn't too interested in the ice cream yet but suspects that was why his milk was extra tasty tonight!

Then we finished it off with a dinner of shrimp & crabs with plenty of Old Bay seasoning!
Miles was a good sport but thought the whole deal was a tad strange...Eating? That?

Isn't he getting to be a cutie? About 3 1/2 months now.
