Baseball, birthdays, and big smiles

The clan had another action-packed week! Here are some highlights:

Last weekend, Mama went to a party with friends while Miles got decked out in his Mariners gear for a boys night out with his daddy to watch the game (the Mariners are currently first in the American League!). He had a great time hangin with the guys. He is however sticking to milk over beer, for now.

Then the family headed over to Aunt Meredith and Uncle Hugo's to celebrate Great Grandpa Chuck's 89th birthday! The bookends of the family had a great time together.
Uncles Kolya and David came along for the Ikea car seat inspection event (i know, i know, the thrills never stop around here!), and Uncle David snapped some good ones of the entertainment while waiting to be inspected.

I have the nagging feeling that this won't be the first piece of candy for which Miles will be using his daily-improving eye-hand coordination. Miles is learning to grasp and grab better and better every day now!

Score! Cherry lollipop.

And last but not least, check out that grin. Little man is just happier and happier every day – so much fun in the jumpooew! And he is getting VERY agile with it. Miles likes to mix business w/ pleasure while jumping and twirling whilst and impressing his fam, while supervising kitchen cooking activities to make sure everyone gets fed at the Mt. Baker house.
